National Helpline for High Risk Patients

If you are over 70, pregnant, disabled, are being treated by a mental health team or have a health condition that entitles you to a flu jag and you do not have a family or community support network to help you then you can call the national helpline to ask for help with food and medications.

This is available even if you did not receive a shielding letter.

The number is 0800 111 4000
