Telephone ordering of repeat prescriptions
You can order your repeat prescription by phoning your surgery 24 hrs a day and leaving a message on our dedicated prescription ordering line. Please make sure you have available the names of all the repeat medications you require. Your prescription will be available within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Repeat prescription ordering using re-order form
On the right hand side of your prescription is a tear-off slip which lists all the regular medications you are being prescribed. To request a repeat prescription please tick the items you require on this slip and either post or hand it in to the surgery. The prescription will be available for collection within 48 hours. Alternatively, if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, we will post the prescription to you.
Online ordering of repeat prescriptions
We have successfully launched online ordering of repeat medications through the secure Patient Access System. If you wish to register for this service, please ask at reception and we can issue you with a unique registration code. The Patient Access System can be accessed here.
Collecting repeat prescriptions through your local pharmacy
Most local pharmacies can now arrange to collect your repeat prescriptions from the surgery on your behalf. Please ask your pharmacist if they offer this service and advise reception when ordering your prescription. Some pharmacies may also offer to order medication on your behalf. Please advise reception if you are happy for the pharmacy to be authorised for this service.
